My package says delivered, but I don’t have it—what now?

What if my item arrives damaged or leaking?

Who pays for return shipping?

Can I return an opened fragrance?
Because fragrance is a cosmetic product, we may be unable to accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, for hygiene and safety reasons. EU rules allow an exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. EUR-Lex
